Satisfying Weeknight Pasta
This recipe is a continuation of my series of easy weeknight, fast yet good food. It's easy to take this base recipe and jazz it up to create something great. But as it stands its good food fast and easy as is. There are many options to up the flavor. For instance add in dried Italian herbs simmer phase. Or add fresh chopped garlic about a minute before deglazing. This is a great base to expand on.

The humble grilled cheese can be leveled up with a few tricks. There are two simple tricks that make this an obvious upgrade. The mayo creates the perfect crust, while the mustard mixes perfectly with the cheese. Consider adding onions, tomato slices, or salsa for even more complexity.

Poor Man's Asian Style Noodles
This recipe is great for college kids or anyone wanting to get top notch taste on a very cheap budget. The peanut butter clings to the noodles coating it with the surprisingly rich mix of flavors. The meal takes scantly longer than it does to boil the noodles. Book mark this one for when need it.
