Easy and fast flat bread.

  1. Mix like a pie. Add all ingredients except the buttermilk first. The batter will be crumbly.
  2. Add in the butter milk and mix together.
  3. Form into 4 long rolls and refrigerate over night.
  4. The next day roll into very thin 1 inch pieces.
  5. Bake at 375F until light brown. About 6 minutes, rotate the pan and cook another 5 minutes.
  6. Cool on paper towels and store in an air tight container.
