Italian Meatballs

Although Minnesota isn't the first place you think of when you think Italian, we have our own beloved version. Simple to make, great with a red sauce, or on their own.

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Form into balls.
  3. Bring a cast iron skillet up to a medium-high heat. Add in some butter or an oil that can handle high temperatures like Avocado.
  4. Place the balls into the skillet. You may need to do them in batches to avoid overcrowding. Brown each side, approximately 3-5 minutes per.
  5. Serve hot!
