Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette
This vinaigrette is a timeless classic for good reason. It balances the sharp, tangy balsamic with the smoother, mellow olive oil. Perfect salads, caprese or any other. Mix it with tomatoes, feta, strawberries, or any green. It's simple to make, just don't use cheap ingredients. You'll have a major challenge to find a time I don't have some in my refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 9 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinager
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic, diced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix before use.
- Store in the refrigerator. Because the olive oil seals the garlic in there is a risk of botulism if left out. Take out an hour before using.
