The result is a comforting, hearty meal with a depth of flavor that belies its simplicity. Aside from basic chopping and opening a few cans, the slow cooker does all the work. Finished with a squeeze of fresh lime to brighten the flavors, this recipe provides a high-quality dinner without the need for a complicated process.
