Ingredients
- 10 ounces canned tuna in water
- ¼ cups extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 35 ounces onion (chopped)
- ½ tsp oregano
- 2 slices tomato (optional)
- 1 handful leafy greens (optional)

Ope the tuna cans and drain the water

Optionally feed your cat

Put the tuna in a bowl or Tupperware container, along with the olive oil, balsamic, onions, and oregano.

Optionally let marinate over night

Spread the mixture on bread and top with tomato slices and leafy greens. Add another slice of bread to complete the sandwich. Also works great as a sub.
